American Farmhouse

Farmhouse Chandelier

American Farmhouse Style

As mentioned in an earlier post, I moved into a larger space at the Bottoms Up Antique Market in the historic warehouse district of Kansas City for the monthly first Friday sales.  I styled the booth with the American Farmhouse inspired collections that I’ve bought, decorated with, loved, lived with and sold for the better part of my adult life.  The cupboards in the above photo from my farmhouse, pretty much echo the direction for the new booth.  I’ve always been drawn to casual furnishings with simple lines that are both pretty and functional. Throw in the as found surfaces of either honest paint or raw wood mixed with beautiful textiles, baskets, pottery and it makes my heart skip a beat or two.

Join me for the next sale as I offer more of what I love and hope you will too:)
